As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The work has not been published in the same form or submitted in the same form to another journal and that all authors have seen and approved the final version of the paper and have agreed to its submission for publication (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- None of the material included in the submission infringes the rights of a third party, or existing copyrights. It is a solely responsibility of the authors to obtain the copyright holders’ permission for inclusion of the copyrighted material in any of the submission items.
- All authors have read and accepted the journal policies; this particularly concerns the fee charged if the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
- The manuscript adheres to the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, in particular the file meets the requirements for blind peer review (follow Ensuring a Blind Review).
- All eligible authors, their affiliations and emails, will be included in the list of authors during submission process (step 3).
- It is requested to suggest at least three independent reviewers (along with their emails) in the Comments for the Editor (step 1 of the submission process).
